Marketing Manager Job Location US-MN-Center City ID 2024-11121 Status Full Time Shift Day Schedule Mon - Fri Hours of Work 40 Responsibilities The marketing manager will be the primary contract for assigned business leaders and will direct creative strategy, engage with internal and external stakeholders to leverage resources, and ensure campaigns are completed in alignment with strategic objectives. By leading cross-functional marketing teams, they will be accountable for the execution of the marketing plans and related OKRs based on effective marketing strategies and business goals. They will be responsible for aligning all marketing campaigns and tactics to the enterprise-wide brand campaign strategy Business Unit Strategy & Plan Creation Build and Maintain Collaborative Partnerships with Key Stakeholders Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field Minimum 3 years experience in marketing/communications Minimum 5 years experience in strategic planning/campaign development Preferred Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and business relationships at once Excellent interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams for execution of the agreed strategy and collaborate with business stakeholders Strong financial and business acumen with advanced understanding of ROI and profitability metrics Demonstrated initiative and accountability Min USD $93,491.00/Yr.
