Provide high-level administrative support to the Directors of clinical services and the department leadership team to ensure all administrative duties are handled in a professional, timely and efficient manner to assure smooth operation of the department and to assist in meeting goals. Position requires an understanding of the director’s responsibilities and method of operation, as well as an understanding of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation organization and corporate policies and procedures. Oversee broad range of administrative and process/project management activities.

  • Enhances directors effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others

  • Provide project management or assist in special projects as directed by the directors

  • Other duties as assigned

Required

  • Associate degree or equivalent (3 years of related work experience)

  • 4+ years directly related experience in administrative assistance

  • Highly proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications (including Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Demonstrated experience in creating visual presentations (including financial reports/charts)

  • Demonstrated experience scheduling meetings, creating appointment requests, and setting up virtual meetings

(using software or technology such as WebEx)

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree
