Job Description

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs drives the design, development and execution of Talent Acquisition Programs including early talent pipeline development (internships, apprenticeships, co-ops), talent referral, and internal mobility.

Job Duties

  • Design, build, and execute talent acquisition programs. Drive program execution by managing partner and stakeholder communications and holding project teams accountable to timelines and deliverables.

  • Directly oversee Talent Acquisition Program Specialist who will support the development and execution of Talent Acquisition programs • Identify and establish relationships with schools, professional organizations, and niche organizations to support our talent pipeline. Attend recruiting events and career fairs.

  • Early Talent Pipeline Development: Lead development of early talent recruitment strategy and internal talent strategies based upon current and future business needs and in partnership with the respective HRBP’s and Business leaders. Manage Internship, Co-op, and Apprenticeship programs including identifying needs, hiring, onboarding, conducting regular check-ins, and offboarding program participants.

  • Talent Referral: Manage Talent Referral program including promoting use of the program, measuring success, and modifying the program as needed.

  • Internal Mobility: Partner with Learning & Development team to create and execute strategies around internal acquisition needs/gaps.

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of a High School Degree is required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in talent acquisition or recruiting is required.

  • Travel up to 20% for either campus meeting/event or Olympus locations in the Americas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with University/Campus Recruiting is preferred.

  • Experience managing talent acquisition programs (early talent pipeline development, internships, apprenticeships, co-ops, talent referral, and internal mobility) is preferred.

  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Project management skills.
