Located in the Phoenix Ariz. suburb of Chandler the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 338-bed not-for-profit hospital with more than 2500 employees and almost 1000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. Chandler Regional joined the Dignity Health system in 1999 but has been part of the community for more than 50 years. The hospital includes a Level I Trauma Center a Heart and Vascular Center a Wound Healing Center a Family Birth Center and many additional services. During the fiscal year ending June 30 2016 Chandler Regional provided more than $48 million in community benefit. As a result of Dignity Health’s mission to deliver health care and partner with the community nearly 100000 people in the East Valley were reached through community health services. Responsibilities

At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center, we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health, social and support services in the heart of Chandler, Arizona. As part of our team, you will provide clinical expertise, support and oversight that helps ensure our Surgery patients receive exceptional care. The SURGERY DEPARTMENT at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career. Our new tower has provided additional surgery suites with the latest technology providing a wide range of patient surgical/procedural experience.

To operate as part of the anesthesia team by assisting the anesthesia provider with quality patient care in the administration and maintenance of general and regional anesthesia by:

  • Assessment, monitoring, and education.

  • Maintaining, calibrating and trouble-shooting the various equipment used.

  • Stocking and maintaining par levels of all anesthesia supplies and drugs.

Qualifications

Minimum:

One year of experience in the health or patient care related field.

Six months experience working in an operating room.

Basic computer skills.

American Heart Association BLS.

CT ACLS within 6 months of hire.

ASATT
