This position is for candidates who work well in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.

Key responsibilities

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Receive and place telephone calls

  • By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

    • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

  • Knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

  • Proficiency in Email Correspondence

  • Foundational knowledge in Computer Data Entry

  • Call Center Customer Service experience

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficient with diversified computer software and systems

  • Customer service and office administrative skills
