Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a AIRCRAFT PNEUDRAULICS SYSTEMS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D0802000 and is part of the NC ANG, National Guard (145 MXS / Position No. 0107154334). Must have experience as Aircraft Penudraulic (Fuel) Mechanic. Responsibilities As an AIRCRAFT PNEUDRAULIC SYSTEMS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR, WS-8268-09, you will perform maintenance and operational and functional checks on assigned pneudraulic systems; perform installation, modification, and/or repair of aircraft pneudraulic systems; perform organizational and field level maintenance to include periodic, phase time, calendar, unscheduled, and special inspection; prepare for and participate in various types of readiness evaluations such as ORI, IG and UE inspections, mobility, and command support exercises. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications MILITARY GRADES: Enlisted ( MSgt/E7 and below) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience as Aircraft Penudraulic (Fuel) Mechanic. Experience or training which demonstrates that the candidate has the ability to organize assignments for subordinates, estimate material and manpower needed for specific jobs; able to explain manuals and work procedures; and to prepare production records, work records and reports. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: (Must have18 months) of experience or training in addition to the journeyman level knowledge, experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, direct, and organize work assignments for lower grade personnel. Experience which required the review of work requirements and establish priorities to meet deadlines. Experience that provided knowledge of various lines of work performed by this function. Experience which demonstrates the ability to supervise or the potential to perform such duties as evidenced by the ability to communicate knowledge of general supervisory concepts, and knowledge of shop processes. Experience in adapting existing equipment and techniques to new situations.
