  • Work directly with clients to understand their Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and related processes, capabilities, and systems.

  • Set engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans, and coordinate activities across and between multiple project workstreams.

  • Lead solution proof-of-concept sessions with clients sharing and educating them on best practices, identifying gaps, and recommending process changes and/or solution refinement approaches.

  • Lead discussions to define business requirements, design, configure and be responsible for the overall delivery of the solution.

  • Develop advanced analytics and/or cognitive approaches to generate insights and improve supply chain performance

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ Years of relevant Supply Chain Consulting/industry implementation experience

  • Deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes such as demand planning, inventory planning, supply planning, integrated business planning,and order promising

  • 5+ years of solution design and deployment experience in Blue Yonder planning solution suite (ESP, Demand, IO, Luminate Control Tower, IBP, OP).

  • End-to-end project delivery experience, from discovery through to deployment/go-live.

  • Project Management Experience; leading project teams and working with cross-functional / extended teams.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or anytime in the future

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in defining complex customer requirements and shaping them into solutions

  • Ability to explain how digital planning technology solutions enable the supply chain across the value chain

  • Experience in implementing solutions using BY Cognitive platform services

  • Project experiences in one or more of the following industries: Semiconductor, Hi-Tech, Automotive, Industrial Products, Life Sciences, Retail, and Consumer Package Goods.

  • Advanced Degree in Supply Chain or Business (MBA) from a top tier program.

  • Lead at least 3 end-to-end implementations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 - $229,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
