Wells Fargo Cloud Senior Lead Risk Management Officer in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

Wells Fargo is seeking a risk professional to help independently oversee activities within the Technology Infrastructure (TI) organization. This role includes monitoring aggregate operational risk of TI as a Technology business unit as well as a transformational engine.

Required Qualifications, US:
- 7+ years of Operational Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of information technology experience with coverage of cloud
Demonstrated experience with technology domains such as building and deploying applications, enterprise pipeline tools, cloud computing, identify and access management, architecture, API and microservices, platforms, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with large technology transformational change activities
RCSA (risk and control self-assessment) knowledge and experience
Demonstrated experience of technical and risk acumen for building credibility and influencing risk management outcomes.
Experience conducting monitoring and evaluating technology adherence to policies and procedures.
Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform or SAAS
Experience developing risk reports in response to management, audit or regulatory requirements.
Problem solving, root cause analysis, issue management or similar experience in continuous improvement of processes, controls, technology solutions.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Experiencing preparing and delivering complex data in a way that is concise and understandable.
Certifications in Technology and/or Information Security disciplines
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
Information Technology (IT) operations, security, operational risk management, quality assurance, compliance, or business process management experience
Knowledge and experience with financial and technology regulatory requirements
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 5%
