Description:

These roles will be primarily focused on publishing approved (already edited) content using ServiceNow (our HR content management system).

• Prior content management publishing experience – ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow’s knowledge/content management platform

• Experience with CSS and HTML – sometimes we have to use this to manipulate the complex design of the article so different elements display correctly

• Experience with search engine optimization – to ensure we identify and apply the right level of meta-data to make the content easily searchable

• Experience publishing content using Amaze (Intellective) a huge plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
