Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Front End Developer for one of our top clients in Charlotte, NC!

As a Front End Developer you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing user-facing features that enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of our web applications. Working closely with our design and back-end development teams, you will translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring seamless integration with our back-end services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement user-facing features using modern web technologies.

• Develop responsive web pages that are optimized for various devices and browsers.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and performance.

• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve our development processes and products.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or discovered during testing.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development workflows and methodologies.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in front-end web development languages and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including ES6+), and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Experience with responsive design techniques and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
