Insight Global Product Owner - Sales Automation in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description

Develop and maintain the overall product roadmap. Prioritize the product backlog

during sprint planning meetings and backlog grooming sessions.

Enable sales automation strategies with robust & scalable solutions. Coordinate

delivery of IT products to enable best-in-class customer experience across Rentokil

North America.

Establish goals and define content for Agile software deployment teams.

Communicate progress effectively in multiple presentation formats (demos,

presentations, written summaries and verbally) to key stakeholders including

executives. Must have ability to communicate with leadership in both business and

technology roles.

Collaborate across other product owner roles to ensure development priorities are

not siloed.

Lead market analysis, user feedback sessions, communication of product releases

and schedules.

Apply critical thinking and creativity to challenge conventional wisdom and drive new

best practices

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in business or information technology, or related field.

A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in product management,

product planning or equivalent experience with exposure to product and software

development cycles and engineering.

Strong analytical skills, ability to make decisions based on data, intuition, and

experience.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills and proven effective communication to all

levels of an organization with equal proficiency in written and verbal communication.

Experience with Agile project delivery. Understand fundamentals of iterative

development.

Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration.

Willingness and ability to travel periodically.

Project management and/or business analyst experience preferred null
