Responsible for enhancing & maintaining the Profitability framework associated with Organization, Product & Customer profitability. Supporting all levels of the organization to optimize profitability, capital utilization, and investment reporting & analysis - including Finance & Strategy, business segment administration teams and sales teams using data driven, fact-based tools and processes. This role is a fast paced, deadline driven position, often requiring participation or leading large complex projects. Direct supervisor of finance professionals, leading as an integral partner in the performance of significant regions and/or business segments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Provide business support for the corporate customer profitability system, the role will help triage production support issues, identify, and resolve issues or escalate as needed.

· Support the corporate profitability & capital utilization process with analysis on organizational, product & relationship profitability.

· Drive the framework, analysis, reporting, decision making for (expense & capital) investment across the corporation to align with and recommend change to longer-term strategic priorities

· Provide Sr. Leadership, segment CFOs and administrative groups with profitability information in an understandable & actionable format

· Work with segments & business units to support profitability & pricing systems

· Educate organization on fundamentals of profitability and capital optimization

· Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial processes and create solutions for data needs in a changing Regulatory reporting environment.

· Lead colleague and compensation planning including coordination with Human Resources liaison to ensure forecast aligns with hiring plans for certain support functions within the Commercial Bank

· Attract, develop, and manage a team of direct reports supporting Financial Information run/build environment.

Basic Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or Engineering

· 12+ years of finance or risk management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

· MBA in Finance or Accounting

· CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

· Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and MS Excel

· Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels

· Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
