Job Summary

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist. In this role, you will provide excellent service to all participants in our recruiting process, working alongside multiple Talent Acquisition professionals across various business units to support the entire recruitment process. Your collaboration with Recruiters, Operations, HRIS, and HR will be vital in achieving our organizational objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the applicant tracking system (ATS), project management, and recruitment processes.

  • Conduct new hire and continuous training for CGTA teams, HR Ops, and Hiring Managers to ensure effective use of the ATS and a solid understanding of TA processes.

  • Participate in projects and initiatives focused on systems and processes tied to the recruitment life cycle, from requisition approval through onboarding.

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruiting process by resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.

  • Identify and resolve onboarding, payroll, or HRIS issues related to the hiring process.

  • Lead small to medium-sized projects and assist key stakeholders with large-scale projects, including planning, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and change management of new or modified reporting systems/tools to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or HR-related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a large corporate environment.

  • 1+ years of experience with applicant tracking systems, with a preference for SuccessFactors.

  • Strong proficiency in basic office software applications.

Preferred:

  • Ability to work with ATS and improve the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience.

  • Experience collaborating with third-party vendors to resolve systemic issues, pursue enhancements, and implement configuration changes.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and the ability to think proactively and make decisions with good judgment and common sense.

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and adapt to assist the team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules.

  • Effective interaction skills with individuals at all levels in the organization, including senior management, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Broad knowledge of network and desktop systems, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
