TEKsystems Technical Support Various Shifts in Chaska, Minnesota


Client is currently seeking a qualified Technical Support Associate I to help contribute to our ongoing success and growth. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling in order to accommodate project needs.

The Technical Support Associate I is responsible for supporting all Client field-based activities including providing support to our vendor partner technicians which requires troubleshooting and issue resolution. This position is designated to provide second level support for selected Client projects. This position also involves data entry for status and reporting information.

Tech Support Roles

Req. 1710 – Tech Support – Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

• They would like the candidates to have a college degree and 2-4 years of experience in technical support.
