• Required Skills : · 3 – 6 years of Staffing experience in Mechanical/IT Service.· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any equivalent degree.· Background should be Automotive/Heavy industry. Roles & Responsibilities: · He/she is responsible for ensuring successful project completion according to project targets, within the agreed time schedule, according to budget, and with high quality. He/she is the primary internal and external interface for the project.· Keep in contact with customers regularly and take necessary action to close the status in terms of adding headcount and managing the team in Staffing & offshore business unit.· For staffing requirements – Understand the Job Description and make proactive hire with support of TAT. Propose resources to customers for quick fulfilment.· Needs to review monthly billing hours and Proforma Invoice· For Delivery – Understand the scope of work to develop team in offshore. Ensure KPI’s to meet all the project and periodic project review.· Should be work independent to drive the team in terms of adding Head count, Proactive plan, Readiness plan, People & Project management.· Reports progress of project share to internal and external stakeholders
