Position Overview: Provide support services as they perform research, development, test and evaluation, flight authorizations, training, aircraft modification upgrades and repairs, in-service obsolescence, sustainment, structures, logistics, program/project management, technical library management and all phases of Post-Production support (PPS). Provides program/project management, acquisition management, administrative and technical support services for AV-8B Weapon Systems Program Office (PMA-257) Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Readiness Cell.

Position Responsibilities:

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.

• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.

• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.

• Tracks program/project status and schedules.

• Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Position Requirements:

• MA/MS in a Business-Related Discipline.

• Required Experience: At least 10 years of experience performing the duties listed in the functional description of the labor category.

• Desired Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in Defense Acquisition, 3 of which supporting Navy Acquisition management. Experience with Program Related Logistics (PRL)/Ordnance Programs Optimization Model (OPOM) databases.
