Description A Robert Half client located in the south suburbs is immediately seeking a Plant Controller. The Plant Controller will be able to work from home at least twice a week / in a hybrid capacity. The Plant Controller will manage the entire accounting department and work closely with upper level management. The Plant Controller will be responsible for month end close, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and developing / mentoring the team.

To be successful in the role, the Plant Controller will need manufacturing industry experience and previous management experience. A CPA certification is highly preferred. MBA's are also highly preferred. ERP experience is required, ideally with Oracle.
