As the Associate Director of the Employment Center at A Safe Haven Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to secure gainful employment and achieve economic stability. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies that facilitate job placement and career advancement for our program participants.
Job Requirements:
Leadership and Management Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Proven experience in managing staff, budgets, and resources effectively.
Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational abilities to oversee complex operations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Project Management Expertise:
- Proficiency in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience in coordinating initiatives across various departments.
Process Improvement and Implementation:
- Track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing streamlined processes.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Data Analysis and Decision-Making:
- Competence in analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Skill in using data-driven insights to enhance program effectiveness.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management:
- Experience in defining, tracking, and achieving KPIs.
- Ability to align performance metrics with organizational goals.
External Relations and Fundraising:
- Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills for fundraising and partnership development.
Public Speaking and Communication:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable representing the organization at public events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree:
- A masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Social Work, Public Administration).
Familiarity with Client Populations:
- Understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by returning citizens and individuals in recovery homes.
