Job Description

NA Performance Achievement Lead

  • Translate global Performance Achievement and Recognition direction into effective strategies for North America.

  • Lead strategic planning, design, communication, and implementation of Market-wide PA initiatives for continued adoption of Performance Achievement – Uninterrupted.

  • Establish experiments Market-wide that will provoke innovative avenues to emerge as part of North America’s Performance Achievement journey.

Lead taking NA PA experiments beyond the pilot phase and implement them as Market-wide programs.

  • As the thought leader in these spaces for North America, set the vision for what each MU will achieve to propel our people and business forward Market-wide in the following areas:

PA behavior adoption (Priorities, Feedback, Actions)

PA role clarity and intersections (Talent Lead, Career Counselor/People Lead, Supervisor, Employee)

Performance Achievement – Uninterrupted rolling talent discussions

Role model elevation



  • Collaborate with Perf & Rewards Leads to understand the Market Unit & Service people agendas and apply to the design of NA PA programs

  • Own NA Recognition communication/programs strategy to complement PA agenda.

  • Collaborate across the NA PA team to ensure alignment with the strategic agenda and priorities of the NA PA journey

  • Own analytics/insights/metrics to support PA programs and strategic initiatives.

  • Partner closely with the Performance Culture CoE to influence future initiatives

  • Establish delivery and execution strategy for NA PA processes.

  • Lead transformation of processes to align with overall NA PA vision.

  • Manage the NA PA delivery team of experts.

  • Collaborate with partners across the ecosystem to ensure agendas support each other (i.e., I&D, Compensation, ER, MUs, CoE, etc).

  • Own communication strategy and plans related to PA processes to ensure all stakeholders and the North America population are informed and understand necessary actions.

  • Proactively find opportunities for process excellence and automation.

  • Partner closely with Performance Culture CoE to understand global processes and refine them in line with the NA PA vision, strategies and priorities.

  • Lead Workday remediation for PA delivery processes (i.e., 12/1).

  • Own analytics/insights/metrics to support PA processes

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Human Resources functional experience at Accenture or at a similar global organization

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 4 years experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of years of Accenture DTE Human Resources experience

Professional Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $113,400 - $171,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
