*The Headlines:  *

TheSr. Manager, M&A Partnershipsis a key member of the corporate strategy team and will work on projects that drive Molson Coors inorganic growth. Projects will cross commercial and operational bounds to implement and integrate growth opportunities as well as evaluate potential acquisitions, investments and partnerships. This role will interface with senior leadership and reports to the VP, Strategic Relationships and M&A.

The Responsibilities: _ _

  • Build and maintain financial models that support decision making for M&A opportunities.

  • Support the undertaking of due diligence to inform financial analysis and valuation.

  • Prepare materials on M&A opportunities in support of approval processes.

  • Develop hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations around difficult and ambiguous business problems

  • Monitor domestic and international markets, including competitor and peer activity.

  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams across the full transaction cycle.

  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including subject matter experts and external advisers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the consumer products space

  • Prior experience in corporate development, investment banking, or transaction advisory

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.

  • Ability to prepare materials which are clear, simple and accurate.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Ability to deliver on complex initiatives and manage multiple work-streams within tight timelines.

  • Ability to function effectively in a cross-functional team environment

  • Project management and stewardship of work-streams

  • Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability and knowledge of financial modelling.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (6-10+ years)
