Job Description:

Manufacturing Data Analyst - Dashboard Specialist We are searching for a data-driven and detail-oriented Manufacturing Data Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw manufacturing data into actionable insights through the creation of informative dashboards in Tableau or Power BI. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and design dashboards that effectively communicate trends, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision making. Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze manufacturing data from various sources (ERP, MES, etc.) using SQL queries.
  • Create and maintain complex data models and views to support dashboard development.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI that effectively visualize KPIs and production metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, management) to understand their data needs and tailor dashboards accordingly.
  • Maintain and update existing dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for data visualization and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and terminology.
  • Experience with data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, R).
