Job Description

U.S. Bank is hiring for a Transformational talent to bring about change in the Corporate Real Estate space. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Real Estate, this leader will manage a team of both internal and outsourced staff to ensure completion of Real Estate related design and construction projects. These projects will include large complex projects like new builds, interior upfits, small single trade projects, and moves/adds/changes. This role will also be responsible for selection, management, and governance of design partners, general contractors, and furniture providers.

Primary responsibilities

  • Manage key relationships with Physical Security, Technology, and Finance

  • Ensures U.S. Bank's largest programs and projects are held to the leading practices in the Program/Project Management industry related to cost, schedule, scope, and quality

  • Oversees and is ultimately responsible for a team of Corporate Real Estate’s most senior Project Managers and selected outsourced providers who evaluate and coach on U.S. Bank's largest programs (Administrative, Retail, Specialty)

  • Monitors the balance of the project portfolio through active assessment, redirection and coaching

  • Provides coaching and development to less experienced and project managers

  • Works with various executives and staff to resolve resource and prioritization conflicts with a view toward properly accounting for objectives of both the program for which they are directly accountable as well as external programs and overall U.S. Bank goals and objectives.

  • Delivering on all projects in a timely manner while meeting all financial targets representing U.S. Bank in a professional manner

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $180,710.00 - $212,600.00 - $233,860.00
