The PMO Manager will collaborate with UC Health's department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects when working back with the Project Administrators and Project Analyst that report to this position. UC Health's PMO Manager will need to show a high-level understanding of customer's business needs and key issues that will foster a strong working relationship with key customers.Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Administration or a related field. Five or more years experience in the area of Project Management. Preferred: Healthcare systems experience, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Two years or more within a leadership position.PMO Manager will oversee the development of the projects within IS&T and ensure that team members are carrying out the PMO standard operating procedures while encouraging industry best practices. The PMO manager will be responsible for drafting new and improving existing project management office processes and ensure organizational education and communication is provided.
