Position Summary Terrasmart is seeking a Technical Project Manager to enhance our team and contribute to our solar tracking product initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organization skills to facilitate meetings, document decisions, define next steps, and ensure smooth collaboration between multiple software teams, product engineering, product development, supply chain, and field teams. This role demands a hands-on approach to a diverse range of projects. A background in engineering, project management, and/or data analysis is preferred. This individual will develop a general understanding of our solar tracking products, the hardware and software systems involved, and manage a diverse set of initiatives to deliver positive results for our customers. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties)

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects between software development teams, product team, engineering, supply chain, and field teams.
  • Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional communication, bridging gaps and facilitating seamless information flow to enhance project coherence and team autonomy.

``` - Engage in strategic discussions with all team leads to anticipate future project needs. Foster a proactive culture where potential challenges are addressed before they impact project timelines. - Conduct thorough data analysis on key projects and leverage analytical insights to guide project strategy. - Proactively propose innovative solutions to project challenges, using data-driven insights and a comprehensive understanding of each team's strengths and constraints. Act as a strategic problem-solver, facilitating the adoption of effective solutions across teams. - Provide biweekly reports on project progress, highlighting successes, challenges, and concerns to stakeholders. - Actively engage with leadership to identify and remove development roadblocks. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, aligning with our strategic objectives. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring clarity of goals and responsibilities. - Oversee the development and implementation of market-leading products and features, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry standards. - Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, adjusting strategies and plans as necessary to achieve objectives. - Utilize Jira for project management coordination between teams. - Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation in Confluence. - Other duties as assigned
