You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)

  • Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisions

  • Leads the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocks

  • Suggests and influences investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and is accountable of execution excellence at point of sale

  • Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand

  • Plays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targets

Au sein du pôle Ma vie en couleurs France , le(la) chef(e) de projet CRM Senior – Promotion & Animation est en charge de recommander, d’animer et développer le canal Digital de Ma vie en couleurs, en assurant cohérence, efficacité, suivi de la performance entre tous les supports (site web, newsletters, emailings, réseaux sociaux et média)

Plus spécifiquement , le(la)chef(e) de projet CRM Senior – Promotion & Animation, a dans son scope :

– Activation Marques Mondelez :

Coordonner les briefs marketing des marques :

  • Comprendre et maîtriser les enjeux catégoriels et marque pour soutenir l’agence dans la construction des briefs et recommandations et assurer le bon déroulé des activations annuelles

  • Définir et orchestrer le plan d’animation annuel, assurer la cohérence des plans par rapport aux objectifs marketing et des actions digitales des marques au sein de "Ma vie en couleurs" entre elles et au regard des autres leviers

  • Garantir l’équilibre et l'émergence de la part de voix des marques au sein du programme.

  • Assurer la validation de plans d’actions avec les responsables marketing, ainsi que la communication des résultats et performances des actions validées

  • Leader une catégorie en spécifique et être en lien avec le référent marketing de la catégorie concernée

- Pilotage Business & Coordination transversale pour :

Coordination transversale des activations mdlz :

  • Impulser et assurer le process de briefing et coordination pour l’intégralité des marques et des activations

  • Gérer les activations enseignes (relais OP, drive to store, trade spécifique…)

  • Garantir le bon déroulement des WoW internes et externes

Lead de la stratégie promotionnelle : Co-lead avec manager CRM France la stratégie et les indicateurs de performance promotionnels

  • Co-Construire avec le chef de projet print le plan promo annuel global

  • Construire la recommandation d’allocation budgétaire marques

  • Assurer le suivi global du budget promotionnel

  • Garant du suivi et de la gestion pricing au niveau du plan promotionnel MVEC

  • Suivre l’atteinte des objectifs globaux

Coordination des études et mesures de performance:

  • Assurer la coordination des études de performance -fiabilisation de la donnée livrée, respect des timings, échanges avec partenaires internes et externes.

– Pilotage de la performance

Mise en place et pilotage les INDICATEURS DE PERFORMANCE digitaux, d’audience et d’image :

  • Coordonner au sein de MVEC la fiabilité, la qualité et la mise à disposition de la data associée aux indicateurs de performance

  • Recommander et participer à l’élaboration des dashboards, portails web d’accès à la data de performance et process associés.

  • Piloter et s’assurer que les indicateurs digitaux soient conformes aux policies internes.

En synthèse, le chef de projet CRM Senior – Promotion & Animation allie à la fois une sensibilité Pilotage de la performance / Business et Marketing forte allié à une technicité digitale et CRM. Une bonne capacité en gestion de projets, de management transverse et de la vision d’ensemble sont requis.

BA or MBA (Marketing aou Business Administration): REQUIS

Bonne compréhension des enjeux Marketing & leviers Business FMCG : REQUIS

  • 3/5 ans d’expérience Marketing / Trade Marketing / Business

  • Expérience Confirmée en Digital (agence ou annonceur) souhaité

(d) Langues

  • Anglais (bon niveau)
