Activities and Responsibilities:

• Support IATF 16949 and ISO4001 certifications.
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Supports daily scrap monitoring and analysis
• Responsible for supplier reporting and monthly metrics.
• Supports all CQC, ICN, X, Y and Z defect investigations and CPAR's.
• Responsible for completing NAPSS for all CQC, ICN, X, Y and Z defects.
• Assists and/or manages containment
• Assists and/or manages sorting activities
• Supports all external and internal investigations.
• Assists with activities for Change Management.
• Manages all external Supplier Defect/Containment
• Supports and participates in shop floor audits
• Supports Customer requirements
• Supports APS/Lean Projects
• Supports Quality Training
• Supports HOLD Process
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Able to interface with computers

Qualifications and Requirements:

This job requires a minimum of a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree in a related field OR 4 to 6 years of position related experience; preferably 6 to 8 years of position-related experience. An optimistic self-motivator that has a passion for problem solving and customer satisfaction
