QUEST DIAGNOSTICS Cardiometabolic Account Executive - OH, MI, W. PA, WV, NY in Cleveland, Ohio

The Cardiometabolic Account Executive is responsible for growing current laboratory testing business and targeting and securing profitable new business by building relationships, opening new business, and driving new sales growth in diagnostics (Cardio IQ, Advanced Lipid Testing, Metabolic Testing, Inflammation Testing, etc). This is a field-based sales role covering statewide Ohio, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and New York. Drive sales in assigned districts through up-selling of existing accounts, new lead generation, referrals and establishing relationships with prospectivecustomers Target and close new specialty testing opportunities Responsible for working directly with assigned Account Executives in the assigneddistrict Partner with and notify Hospital or Physician Representative of complex issues or when full-touch service isrequired Provide immediate support for less complexissues Provide subject matterexpertise for associated specialtytesting Maintain and pursue knowledge in associated specialist testingarea Maintain a breadth of knowledge of all connectivityproducts (i.e. Care 360, e-orders, e-prescribe) Prepare and present proposals andbids Ensure compliance with company policies and governmentregulations Complete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly Required WorkExperience: Three or more years of sales experience in selling business to business with a history of documented sales success. Prior responsibility for closing new business and expanding existingrelationships Consideration is provided to candidates without prior sales experience, when they have strong records of academic, military, athletic,scientific and/or civic leadership achievement. Knowledge: Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and general economics of business. Skills: Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships; strong planning and organizationalskills Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Solid PC skills including Microsoft Software.
