We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Partnership Tax Manager to join our growing internal tax team. This position will be part of the Crowe Partnership Tax Services Team, working for the Firm Director of Tax and in collaboration with 2 other Partnership Tax Managers. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit and collaborative tax team. Responsibilities: Federal, state, local, and foreign income tax calculations for a partnership with 500+ partners and activity in all US states and several countries Prepare and review partnership income tax returns, including federal, state, local, and several foreign filings, from requesting information to filing Work with the Controller and Partner Relations team to ensure accurate reporting of partner items Review tax-related account reconciliations from the General Ledger Team Fixed asset review and analysis, including Section 174 analysis Prepare tax projections and quarterly estimated tax payment calculations including coordinating payments and filing Pass-through entity Tax (PTET) calculations and filing Coordinate gathering various items from the partners, including State Composite Elections, documentation for US Residency Certificate, IRC 83(b) elections, and other documents Research and consulting with subject matter experts in the firm on technical matters Preparation, review, and distribution of partner-specific documents, including K-1 packages, letters, and other communications Assist with process documentation and process improvements, involvement in discussions for new technology initiatives, etc Monitor group email box for questions and correspondence related to tax matters Any other tax-related items as determined by management Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a relevant field required. CPA preferred (will consider a Masters in Taxation with an active EA status). Hybrid or Remote. Minimum of 4 years of work experience in business taxation/Corporate Tax. Partnership Tax experience preferred but not required. Experience with large multi-state returns and/or professional services firms is a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Outlook, and advanced proficiency in Excel. Strong working knowledge of tax preparation software such as OneSource Income Tax (OIT) and/or GoSystem Tax RS. Knowledge of, or ability to learn, tasks in Workday, including generating reports, requesting checks, etc. is a plus. Good organizational and time management skil
