THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Implementation Manager (fixed term contract 24 months)

Location: Cluj, remote

Job summary:

The Implementation Manager leads and mentors significant business projects to improve DMS revenue growth, secure service and support, delivery and productivity of DMS operations.

The Implementation Manager will use methodologies within the region to promote projects into a business excellence culture.

Longer-term, the IM will take responsibility for ensuring consistent, accurate cost calculations are developed, standardized and widely used by all business functions.

Your role in our mission:

Priority Focus:

  • Lead and contribute to all phases of System Design Life Cycle (SDLC) - project initiation, project planning, requirements management, technical design and development, test planning and execution of highly complex and visible projects

  • Responsible for leading delivery of DMS related projects and accountable for project profitability, revenue recognition and other delivery related financial metrics and customer satisfaction

  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.

  • Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.

  • Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

Longer-Term Focus:

  • Participating as a subject matter expert, providing cost calculations for RFQ and tender processes

  • Create standardized formats and documentation around pricing within production around RDS, developing and supporting the sales teams with these tools to enable them to give high quality cost estimates to customers

  • Work closely with Production to create cost calculation methodologies to ensure consistent pricing

  • Initiate projects within Implementation, IT and the sales team to improve the sales process efficiency

  • Develop new, sustainable SLAs between Implementation and Sales Teams

Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Business knowledge across functional areas such as legal, sales, production and bridging understanding of areas

  • Communication: possess communication and group facilitation skills across organizational levels.

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Analytical and able to read and consolidate information from a variety of legal and contractual sources, creating an understanding across different teams

  • Motivating Others - Supports and encourages a climate where people want to succeed

  • Customer Focus – all things begins with the customer

  • Understands own job and stays current in functional expertise

  • Managing and Measuring Work - Sets clear objectives and measures, and monitors progress

  • Business Acumen – Understands the core business related to role and function

Education / Experience:

  • Strong business/professional experience, with a focus on operational process

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or any related field preferred.

  • Advanced English (mandatory) and another EU language (preferable)
