In this role, you will be responsible for the technical support by creating technical quotes for the special solutions that we can provide to our customers, as well as supporting operations with the item setup activities and assembly procedures instructions. You will be working closely with our suppliers and with our product engineering and specialists, to understand the possible solutions and quote them by respecting the quality and service level standards.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Offers pre-sales technical support, by providing special quotes for the different buyouts that can be part of our technical solutions. Reviews, analyzes and offers suitable solutions to the technical queries.

• Interacts with Sales Offices and Project Team on finding tech solutions for Customer applications and communicate with our agreed suppliers to align on viable products, price, lead times to quote to our customers.

• Acts with priority and in a timely manner as a first responder for Item Setup requests.

• Makes sure all criteria are met to proceed with the item setup request.

• Defines step by step instructions for the assembly of 3rd party buyouts to Emerson products for the manufacturing operators.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University degree in Engineering.

• 0-3 years of relevant experience in a technical position.

• Good understanding of technical applications, technical drawing, and materials science.

• Advanced in English language (spoken and written).
