The Senior Business and Strategy Analyst reports to the Director of Strategic Planning Global Sales and is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. This role primarily supports Global Sales activities in terms of analytics, business insights, and tracking of progress across various strategic and critical initiatives.

In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support Global Sales organization with key enterprise business metrics, reports, and data analysis:

• Growth Platforms Program KPI data collection and reporting on progress

• Quarterly update of Global Project Funnel: reporting, data consolidation, and support of ad-hoc requests

• Support the creation of quarterly Board meeting presentations

• Acting as a planner for key Global Sales Strategic Initiatives in content creation

• Generate reports and analysis to ensure accurate reporting and drive standardization where possible.

• Support Global events and conferences and commercial Excellence strategic initiatives with content development

• Communicate optimally with senior management and other collaborators

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 3+ years of significant experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or finance analyst role

• Excellent knowledge in Business Analysis, skilled in Microsoft Office

• Advanced MS Excel proven understanding required, ability to work with pivot tables, sorting, filtering, grouping, and functions (i.e., lookup, concatenate).

• MS PowerPoint knowledge is required

• Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in English

• Attention to detail, Good communication, and social skills

• Strong drive to get things done, well-structured and transparent project execution

• Good understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment

• Flexibility in working with other departments and on multiple projects as the need arises

• Tech savvy and strong data analytics skills using business databases

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage

• VBA scripting skills are nice to have

• Bachelor's or master’s degree or equivalent knowledge in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering
