As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will be part of the European Controlling Group and the essential purpose of this position is to deliver analytical support service to the European Supply Chain Organization. You will prepare reports and summarize data along with procurement metrics and capture data form several sources including performance dashboards, category spend and supply market.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Support the Supply Chain Management with analysis and reporting of global material sourcing activities; Analyze and understand variances against the targets, prepare explanation and presentation for the deviations to the top management.

  • Responsible for month end close reporting, consolidation and integrity of data.

  • Analyze and report the Monthly Net Material Inflation.

  • Track and report on cost saving activities and support procurement department cost down activities; Work with the team to keep track of the regionalization projects and the spend under contract percentage.

  • Calculate the average Payment Terms for the suppliers and follow the main players that might impact this number.

  • Support the preparation of the annual budget as well as the 5-year forecast and update of the financial exhibits.

  • Active contribution to the improvement of reporting and planning processes and tools; Manage and maintain department analytical tools, processes and databases.

  • Provide routine and ad-hoc analysis (technical and analytical support) as advised by management.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Procurement and the Commodity Managers team to build the monthly, quarterly or annual reviews.

  • Work with the indirect procurement team to keep track of the spend, the DPO and the cost reduction projects.

  • Participation and involvement in various projects, purchasing and planning strategies.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • University degree in Finance or Business Administration.

  • 3 years’ work experience in a similar role.

  • Proficient in applying Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level or equivalent experience.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

  • Outstanding analytical, practical, and outcome-focused skills.

  • Flexible attitude, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

  • Pro-active, able to identify and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Oracle Hyperion knowledge.

  • Power BI knowledge.
