As a Purchasing Administrator at Reynolds and Reynolds, you'll oversee the purchasing of IT equipment for our clients. Your role involves finding the best deals and highest quality items from vendors, negotiating quotes, and managing detailed purchase orders. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth deliveries by collaborating with your team and shipping partners, managing contracts, and fostering positive vendor relationships. Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to travel 5-10%
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Purchase experience preferred but not required
