Focus on the Family Marketing Operations Architect in Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Marketing Operations Architect position is a crucial role responsible for providing expertise in marketing productivity management and digital asset management to support business processes and users. As the architect of these tools, builds workflows and designs user experiences to maximize ministry effectiveness. Must be passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency and enhance marketing efforts.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Serves as the Systems Administrator for both the marketing productivity management system and the digital asset management system, overseeing their optimization, maintenance, and user support

Identifies and implements optimal design and data elements for each system, collaborating closely with project managers and end users

Builds and maintains enhancements to the systems and project workflows, ensuring realistic and efficient project scheduling

Analyzes internal business practices to continuously improve the design and functionality of each system

Fosters excellent internal customer relationships, working closely with project managers and end users to recommend business solutions and enhancements

Communicates, troubleshoots, documents, and tracks the status of application issues and upgrades

Interfaces with external technical support from vendors to resolve application problems and track maintenance and upgrades

Collaborates with IT to deliver data from the systems to other applications as needed for reporting or other business functions

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

Serves as backup resource for Marketing Operations team members, as needed

Performs all other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technology-related major or equivalent experience

2-4 years of experience in applications or business processes

Working knowledge of Focus on the Family’s mission, values, and objectives

Working knowledge of entire creative and media production processes

Prior experience with SAAS systems

Salary Range: $58,236 to $67,077/yr
