Job Description:

As a Service Coordinator for an esteemed HVAC service company, you will play a pivotal role in the service operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Services, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual commitments to the customers are met with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service operations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to customers.

  • Provide support to service technicians and field staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks effectively.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Work collaboratively with various teams to achieve financial objectives through efficient coordination and resource allocation.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan).

  • Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
