Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and meticulous Facilities Coordinator to become a part of our team. This role is pivotal for our company based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and operates within the telecom provider industry. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and will involve providing excellent customer service, managing order entries, and utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer inquiries and ensuring prompt resolution

• Processing order entries with a high level of accuracy

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage and organize data

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

• Monitoring and updating customer records in a timely manner

• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Identifying and resolving potential problems in the order entry process

• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Utilizing strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

• Continuously striving to improve processes and customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.

• Experience in Order Entry is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with others.

• Must have strong problem-solving abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, on weekends, and on holidays if required.

• Previous experience in a customer service role would be an advantage.

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and use new software quickly.

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
