CITY OF COLUMBIA Administrative Technician II/Parks and Recreation/Administration in Columbia, Missouri

Special Instructions to Applicants:

Looking for someone with strong customer service and time management skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment. This position provides support to senior management and the department, occasionally assisting with special events. Duties include opening and closing the office, assisting the public with facility rentals, class, program and sports league registrations, providing general park information, and processing weekly bank statements and financial reconciliations.

The purpose of this job is to provide advanced administrative support to assigned city departments and divisions, including training or coordinating work of others. Develops reports and enters financial and other information into related systems.
