Recruiting Solutions Sales and Marketing Manager in Columbia, South Carolina

Recruiting Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist for a reputable Engineering and Fiber Optic company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. This role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, creative marketing skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate sales reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services and expand network reach.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
