The Asset & Wealth Management Risk Management team covers the broad spectrum of risks inherent in the Asset Wealth Management business. The team's independent oversight includes Credit Risk, Fiduciary Risk, Counterparty Risk, Investment Risk, Reputation Risk, and Market Risk. Asset Wealth Management Risk Business Management supports Risk Management processes across all Asset Wealth Management business lines, functions and risk stripes. The team works with members of staff across Asset Wealth Management, as well as other stakeholders from key partner groups including Firmwide Risk, Finance, Controls, and Human Resources. The team also manages Risk Governance Committees, globally.
This incumbent's main responsibility will be to contribute to Asset Wealth Management Risk Business Management initiatives that are Asset Wealth Management-wide in scope. The work consists of ongoing, control processes as well as discrete projects. The role is based in Columbus, OH.
Job Responsibilities
Work on monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) process for Asset Wealth Management Risk reporting and Basel Committee on Banking Supervision quarterly metrics,
Support overall governance of the Risk Report Repository for Asset Wealth Management Risk and partner with Firmwide team to enhance the Risk Report Repository
Maintain schedules of critical activities and deadlines for the Asset Wealth Management Risk team
Monitor the Controls programs including Public/ Private/ Window designations, User Tools, consecutive leave, document renewals, etc.
Run Records Management initiatives across Asset Wealth Management Risk including shared drives, Sharepoint, etc.
Assist in other business management deliverables and ad-hoc analyses as requested by management
The Business Management Analyst will need to be able to understand Risk and AWM concepts to be able to highlight key messages from detailed analyses performed by the team or by others. Deliverables are often related to ad-hoc and unanticipated requests, so the Analyst must be able to deal with changing priorities, making good decisions about how to get the work done and communicating immediately where there are real risks to on-time delivery. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical, given the executive audience for much of the team's work.
Required Qualifications, Skills Capabilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively summarize complex information and risks in clear and concise reports
Experience in developing management reports/ updates
Ability to prioritize requests and concurrently manage multiple projects
Proactive and action oriented, with analytical skills and ability to problem solve
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint needed, with Python skills a plus

Background in Asset Wealth Management, including a high level understanding of products and services
Broad understanding of Asset Wealth Management support functions (e.g. Controls, Compliance, Finance)
Ability to build strong relationships across the organization's key support areas
Experience in presenting to Senior Management
