Insight Global Auto Claims Specialist in Columbus, Ohio

Job Description

Day to Day/Core Responsibilities:

· Administration of auto claims (physical damage and liability) by working directly with the third-party administrator claims management team, employees, and branch locations.

· Point of contact for company branch locations concerning auto claims.

· Maintain auto claim files.

· Assist with accident investigations.

· Participate in claim review meetings with insurance broker, third-party administrator, and carrier.

· Over-night travel for occasional meetings. (Occasional)

Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· One to three years of auto claims experience and/or training.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and O null
