In October 2020, JPMorgan Chase announced a $30B racial equity commitment over five years to help close the racial wealth gap among Black, Hispanic and Latino communities. As an Analytics Solutions Vice President on the Field Performance Management Product, you will join a dynamic team that is creating and implementing a Field Performance Product Vision for One Chase Bank line of Business. You will play a key role in driving transformation in our data environment and delivering technical solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business, specifically delivering the enablement of mobile experience, incorporation of Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and enablement of actionable workflow from insights for the FPM Product. The Product integrates multiple technologies and user interfaces providing Field Leadership and Business Managers an improved Employee Experience which enables them to make more informed commercial decisions, faster.
Job Responsibilities
Focuses on stakeholder management to ensure delivery is focused on the right things and reducing the cost-to-deliver
Responsible for activities that have a significant impact on roadmaps, agility metrics, OKRs and overall financial results
Delivers communications to leadership team on the strategy and progress
Partners to ensure that the product's risk and controls framework is maintained

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
7+ years' experience in financial services, product management and/or Agile software development
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Management or comparable field of study
Knowledge of scaled agility frameworks (Lean, Agile, etc.)
Proven track record of managing risk and controls
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build digital products
Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution
Proven success in collaborating, influencing and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership abilities with track record of driving results through cross-functional organization
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines whilst working across senior levels of the organization
Excellent quantitative, critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills - as well as written and verbal communication and project management skills
Professional maturity, personal integrity, strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a 'can-do' attitude
Candidates must be able to physically work in our Columbus, OH or New York, NY offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
