Short Description

As a Premium Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team members in executing The Levy Difference regarding our premium services (catering, clubs and suites). From hiring, training, and developing team members to ensuring that all costs are met and quality show standards are maintained at all times. You will be representing Levy and communicating our philosophies and culture.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the hourly team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.

• Ensure compliance with Levy show quality standards in all events, maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and cleanliness.

• Make decisions regarding labor allocation, scheduling, and budgets to optimize efficiency and control costs while meeting client expectations.

• Collaborate with other departments and teams as necessary to coordinate logistics and resources for catering events.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies and ingredients for catering operations.
