Insight Global Technical Writer in Columbus, Ohio

Job Description

Tech writing skills, translating complex projects, from tech to non tech user

 More than just writing, but also using graphics/ charts

 More visually oriented

 Tools: excel, whatever they like the best

 Screen mockups

 What are they documenting: applications, systems, wherever they are needed

 May be writing scripts for help desk, manual for end users (Directors office all the way down to street peeps)

 Manual flow logically

 Someone who understands conciseness

 2 years minimum - but thats pretty junior (2-10 years)

 Industry exp: no preference

 Doesn't have to be IT but it helps to understand it

pay range: 25-35/hr
