Are you passionate about driving change and making a real impact in the community? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Director of Operations to lead Eastern Washington Partnership to new heights!

As the Director of Operations, you will be at the forefront of managing our daily operations, championing the advancement and access to employment and training opportunities for individuals, One-Stop Partners, and businesses across the vibrant 9 counties of Workforce Development Area 10.

This is a hybrid in-office (based out of our office in Colville, WA) and remote work position, full- time (40 hours per week) with benefits.

Salary & Benefit information

The hiring range for this role is $6054 - $6422 per month. The full salary range of $5222-$7669 per month represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience & qualifications. After the successful completion of our six-month training period, you may receive a 4% step increase.  As a regular employee, you may receive an additional 4% step increase on your annual anniversary with RRCA.
