About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Contract Employee for our ERP system implementation. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in the successful transition from our current ERP system (Trans4m) to SAP. Your primary focus will be supporting the finance department throughout the transition from our current ERP system (Trans4m) to SAP.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure a seamless transition to SAP from a finance perspective. Assist in the migration of financial data from the current system to SAP

• Support the finance department in mapping financial processes and workflows in SAP

• Participate in testing activities to ensure accurate financial data integration and system functionality. Identify and resolve any finance-related issues or challenges during the implementation phase

• Collaborate with the project team to document finance-specific requirements and configure SAP accordingly

• Build and document all work instruction sheets necessary for the team to succeed.Assist in training end-users on new finance processes and functionalities within SAP

• Provide support in the development and implementation of financial reports and analysis within SAP. And any other duties as required by the General Manager, Project Manager or their designates

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with extensive experience and knowledge of finance processes and procedures

• Previous experience in ERP implementation, specifically SAP, in a finance-related role.

• Strong understanding of financial data migration and system integration

• Ability to analyze complex finance requirements and translate them into system configurations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the finance team and project stakeholders

Your preferred qualifications

• Relevant finance certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are preferred
