Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Conley, Georgia. The role is in the telecom industry and will be based in an office setting. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including order entry, quote generation, repair order creation, Bills of Lading completion, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all relevant details are captured and processed promptly.

• Prepare and send quotes to customers in a timely manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding pricing, products, or services.

• Assist in creating repair orders, documenting necessary information, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth processing.

• Prepare Bills of Lading accurately and ensure all necessary documentation is completed for shipments, adhering to regulatory requirements.

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information to customers.

• Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, repair orders, Bills of Lading, and other relevant documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval as needed.

• Work closely with other team members, including sales, logistics, and finance departments, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the order fulfillment process.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the order entry and customer service workflows, and proactively suggest and implement solutions.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and MS Word to accomplish tasks and manage data. Requirements • Proficient in administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and customer service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes or tasks

• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
