Accenture Customer Experience Team / Reception in Copenhagen, Denmark

In our Customer Experience team, you will work in an environment responsible for delivering a holistic experience for employees and visitors, beyond their expectations, when they are in the office or at an event. We want to not only meet and greet them, but to also engage them, talk to them, surprise them, spoil them. It is our aim that this experience will be present with others when they think of us.

The team is responsible for welcoming people to Accenture, hosting the reception, meetings and events, in our offices and outside, onsite as well as virtual. We expect not only service mindedness from the team members, but a more than usual proactive approach to people and tasks, in a customer experience setting. You must act with professionalism and demonstrate a good understanding of a complex international organization.

The roles in the team are specialized, but the workflow is liquid, enabling us to harvest synergies between our tasks, and each team member plays an important part in ensuring what we call hyper personalized services. No request is too big – and none too small.

As receptionist, you are particularly responsible for welcoming guests and employees to our offices in Copenhagen. This includes people who visit in person, from the moment they step through the door, offering them a personalized welcome, perhaps a coffee and a chat, and walking them to the meeting room or lounge area. What is equally important is when they leave – we would like to see them back again!

The reception also welcomes people who call us or who participate in virtual meetings via video. You will manage conference rooms preparation, catering, and more. This includes a close collaboration with the restaurant team, who prepare and deliver food.

While many of the tasks involve direct personal contact, we would also expect you to be tech savvy and able to give instructions on our collaboration tools, such as video and Microsoft Teams.

Furthermore, being a strong administrative contributor with focus on details is a requirement, as you will also be responsible for collection of data and analytics related to reception and internal meetings, as well as handling of purchase orders, invoices and more.

You are enthusiastic, proactive and efficient. You are service minded and possessexcellent interpersonal skills. Your ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment is high on our list of priorities, as well as your adaptability to change. Yourplanning skills must be excellent, as well as your drive to focus, follow-up, learn, share andideate. You are loyal and reliable, resourceful and perform well under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • High proficiency level in local language and English

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner

  • Able to work well with all levels of management, staff, clients and vendors

  • Critical thinker with an ability to independently identify solutions and make recommendations

  • Previous experience from a similar role, as we require some seniority
