Insight Global Desktop Support Specialist in Coppell, Texas

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an entry level IT Support Technician for a 3-month contract with the potential for extension. The primary responsibility will be to image 600 computers/devices over the contract period. The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience configuring and repairing devices for end users

  • Troubleshooting computer systems

  • Software and hardware configuring in

Windows/Linux systems

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures - Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, SolarWinds, etc.)

  • Active Directory null
