Responsibilities

• Support quality archived records by filing documents

• Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping

• Appease accounts by balancing entries

• Preside over and review general ledger

• Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

• Examine payments received and record deposits

• Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions Requirements - Prior experience working with accounting software

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

• Funds transfer experience

• Expertise in Daily Reconciliation

• Comprehensive knowledge of Outgoing Wire
