Key responsibilities

Our IT Student Intern will be able to work under 1 of our 6 IT centers around the world. Keeping a Straight relation with them to support, developing and innovate our activities for one of the main areas:

  • SAP

  • Data and Analytics

  • Digital Operations

  • Digital Enterprise Systems

  • Cyber Security

  • Data & Integration

  • Governance & Performance

According to each area, our student intern could develop some of those activities:

  1. To support internal systems and escalate and develop solutions.

  2. Knowledge in data, machine learning and programming in any language.

  3. Understand and support the implementation of new technologies and generally adopt the directions and objectives of the central IT organization.

  4. Apply knowledge to process and product innovation with a view to continuous improvement. Participate in and contribute to meetings on service delivery and service quality.

  5. Participate in and contribute to meetings on service delivery and service quality.

  6. Skilled in documenting steps and troubleshooting performed on the user's virtual machine.

  7. Able to speak with customers about solutions and requirements for different types of requests.

  8. Develop ABAP solutions for the SAP environment according to the given specifications, including reports, forms, interfaces, workflows and code extensions.

  9. Analyze and estimate requirements.

  10. Schedule and monitor unit tests to detect/solve errors.

  11. Interpret errors and incidents in the SAP system to establish corrective measures.

  12. Assist with the design, development, testing, and documentation of software applications and systems.

  13. Analyze and visualize data using different tools and techniques.

  14. Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and equipment.

  15. Work with other team members and stakeholders on project results and feedback.

  16. Assist the security team in analyzing suspicious emails for phishing attempts, malware attachments, and other cyber threats.

  17. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest email threat trends and tactics.

  18. Use security tools and techniques to investigate and analyze email content and attachments.

Academic Background

Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Information Technology, System Engineer or related.

Additional Requirements

English Level : From B1 to B2, we must communicate and provide services for our Hemisphere
